Jeshua Salazar
Co-founder and CTO of aiLearning
I build teams of AI agents that work like employees.
01 About
I'm obsessed with good design and products that genuinely solve problems. I spend most of my time building with AI, implementing it in companies and teaching what works and what doesn't.
Right now that means three things. I design teams of agents that run sales, support, content and finance inside companies. I co-founded aiLearning, the AI learning platform made in Mexico, run by three people and a team of agents. And I give talks on how to lead them.
Before that, I brought generative AI to PEMEX headquarters and was a Talent Land ambassador in front of audiences of more than 2,000 people. I'm an IPN graduate.
