aiLearning: payments, content, video production and security, built and largely operated by AI agents.
The challenge
An education platform needs the same things a large company does: payments, content, video, support and security. We are three people.
The solution
Instead of hiring a full technical team, we designed a team of agents with clear roles. Agents write and review code, prepare content and help produce lessons; people set the direction and review what matters.
What we learned
•An agent performs when it has a role, limits and a human owner.
•Security is designed from day one, not at the end.
•Speed comes from delegating what is repeatable, not from working longer hours.
